–facilities all research, including literatures review, interviews, testing, surveys and other initiatives.
ACCOUNTS
Producer
–plans the project and sprint tasks, is the main POC for the team and ensures timelines & milestones are met.
Client Partner
–oversees the engagement and ensures the success of ongoing partnership.
